Pros

At a studio level some really great people other than that struggling for anything that would be a pro

Cons

Where to start…… A group led by someone who is incapable of showcasing any human emotion. One minute you would be the best thing, the next their is a bullseye on you and your life is made impossible. There wasn’t a single person outwith the inner circle at the top level that had a clue what was going on. The narcissistic comments in previous reviews are accurate. There was zero communication on anything, there was lies and backstabbing at the top level and a fear amongst staff perpetrated by one individual. If you challenged authority of a leadership then you were outcast. Making countless people redundant with no explanation does not constitute turning round profitability and I go back to my comment on human emotions and the lack of empathy. Avoid at all costs!!!

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
