Pros
Brand name, Good training infrastructure, Good number of projects ensures employee is engaged at any point of time, Onsite oppurtunities ensure good exposure to different well known customers
Cons
Very very bad salaries (both onsite as well as offshore), not on par with industry standards at all! Pathetic project estimations which ensure the employees have to stretch. Strategy of having a 70-30 rookie ratio means that there are very less techies around to learn from. To top all these, unnecessary assessment tests adding on to the burden and ensuring there would be no work-life balance.
