Pros
The people I got to work with each day on the front line. In my position I got to pick my hours. The IT department in house, worked so hard to accommodate all projects. They are the best.
Cons
For leadership I never received any feedback or one on ones. There wasn’t a structure for how to do the job and clear expectations were never given. The project I was on, the company we sourced for would constantly cancel meetings and one on ones which made it hard to coach. You only had one day to do the meetings so if it was canceled you’d have to wait another week. The planning was poor. It was known that yearly reviews needed to be done and yet they wait until the day it’s due to try and get everyone done and without any kind of communication to the floor to help them plan for what they are doing.
