Pros

Actually, one thing I can mention is that I spend almost eight months without doing a single task, and no one even suspected of that. Oh wait, maybe I should be posting that on the cons, cause I was bored af. But either way, apart from that, I cannot say anything positive.

Cons

Doesn't value employees. Can keep a resource working for years at a dull job and if the employee complains, will say that it is just a matter of luck. Doesn't have a clear career path for management positions and no plan at all for the technical folks. Management only focuses on profit, and underestimate the capacity of the resources. They promise a lot of benefits and fail to fulfill them. The employee evaluation process is a bad taste joke, were rules are bent all the time to benefit whoever they can keep on a leash.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
