Cons
Management plays favorites. It's become harder to get off when you need to and managers threaten write ups. One of the girls was in the ER and when she tried to call off our manager threatened her with a write up. The company has taken a new direction. I was there for 4 years and last year they started sale tracking. Not only can employees lose their job for not selling a certain amount per month, but you're basically forced to shove customer service down each customers throats, and some employees are even stealing sales from one another to keep their sales numbers up. The atmosphere is no longer about the customer and THEIR needs. It's about the company making more money to recover the money they lose from internal and external theft! Oh and you can get fired for trying to stop thieves now.
