The employee discount and the cache associated with working at VS.

Cons

The current CEO is out of touch with customers, associates, digital, technology. She is not fit to lead. She does not get fashion, retail, merchandising, customer experience and can't make decisions. She takes credit for someone else's good idea and finger points on failures. She is divisive, egocentric and mean spirited. Most importantly, business performance is at an all time low under her leadership. All the talent is running out the door. The only light at the end of the tunnel is that - based upon her track record - she only lasts 2 years wherever she goes - so the torture should be coming to an end ...

Discount, fun customers, good perks and products

Cons

Payroll varied dramatically week to week making it difficult to keep quality staff. We would hire part time associates to work 5-15 hours a week, which may not even get that much a week and then the very next week they would be asked to work full time hours due to floorsets, events, etc
