Pros
Very enthusiastic and encouraging at first. Good at fitting people into the positions that suit them. Colleagues are nice and helpful- pick up where management leaves off.
Cons
Communication at Metrotown store with Management fades. Ordered to work in one or more departments not properly trained for. Management is rude and flighty. Was seasonal and seasonals were not told when our job was over. Simply taken off the schedule and received a card. After calling the store to confirm several times, never received a call back. They just use people.
