Pros
Very friendly environment and the managers are always there to help you out when you want to get better at the job and they're very encouraging and supportive. The pay is good, especially for a first job. You make your own schedule which is perfect for students.
Cons
I felt l was putting more into the job than I was getting out of it. You party for your own fuel and food, your driving all the time. With a loaded schedule you lose time with family. And you're on the phone constantly trying to make appointments.
