‘it was an amazing experience since it was a part-time job, I wasn't under too much pressure’
‘My time personally was flexible since it was part time’
You have a lot of opportunities to work for rewards, such as the 10 day Fast Start rewards which range from a single fork to a trip for 2 to the Bahamas. Rolex watches are also a reward that seems to be obtainable every single year for both sales reps and managers. The bad side is the most of the rewards directly from the company are for the 10 Day Fast Start challenge.
The company has good incentives when certain sales number are reached
Flexible time but have to deal with goals
I was working part-time since i was juggling school work so there was no benefit package
They provided little benefit to sales associates.
They have the CRAZIEST PERKS! Wanna win an iPad? Limo ride to dinner? Trip to LA, Carribean, Costar Rica, and more? All you have to do is work. Vector's a company that makes you an individual contracter, you make your wages based off you effort.
No benefits package but can take time off whenever as schedule is very flexible
I have no received any benefits, I was not a full time worker and I also don't think they provide any As a company
It's a total scam. You get roped into a pyramid scheme with no benefits or secure income. Be prepared to pay for all the expenses, a garbage demo set that's mandated across the board, etc. Good luck.
No benefits you are an independent distributor, some free product can be earned though.
