      Tremendous resources, best practices available within the group but not utilized.

      Cons

      Incompetent, bungling management. Employees are encouraged to voice their opinions, then targeted when they do not like what they hear.

      Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!
