      Pros

      Good pay and Good Hourly Workers

      Cons

      Declining leadership and management in the Jefferson City Plant. Plant moral is at it's all time low since I started 13 years ago. I believe this plant has lost it's core values and respect for its workers and they think everyone is replaceable, even experience. They also live in a make-believe world.

      Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

      Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues
