Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your current role with us. It’s really pleasing to see that you highlight a number of positives, including flexible working and employee benefits.
It is a large company with a record of 3 years without a recordable injury.
Occasionally feeds the employees
Cons
The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
