      There are still some good technologists on staff Pay is fair compared to current market

      Cons

      Promotions are scarce and leaders are stuck communicating bad news to individual contributors while CEO/CIO push for better employee satisfaction numbers CIO continues to hire and promote close associates/friends - It's hard to get ahead of you aren't from India Constant financial cuts based on arbitrary targets

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
