Heavy call volume Unreasonable metrics While the company itself promotes a positive culture, the leadership style and communication really depend on the manager you’re assigned to. Some managers were supportive and available, while others seemed disengaged, gossiped, or lacked true leadership qualities. There wasn’t a consistent management structure or clear communication across the board, which sometimes made it difficult to grow or feel supported.
