Pros

great benefits, very nice facilities, top management is ethical and interested.

Cons

The shift to a sales culture has gone too far. Members complain about constantly feeling pressured to buy something. Too many of upper level management postions are filled with people focused on hitting sales targets the mission and the focus of the firm is becoming more about salesmanship than stewardship.
