      A consistent check. Benefits are okay.

      You pay with your sanity. Low employee morale, management & execs couldn’t care less about the well being of their employees. You can forget about them actually listening to surveys. The politics

      Great culture with a value driven culture. Was given autonomy to drive processes and steer the implemenation journey's for the teams I was responsible for

      Given it is a large organization, there was some challenges in getting time with some teams with whom we my main teams had dependencies.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
