Pros

Insurance on day one, yay! It used to be a great place to work but NOT anymore.

Cons

They will tell you they care about you, until you become an employee. Then you’ll realize they don’t actually care. They just need a seat warmer. You’ll just be a number and easily expendable, too. They also do not have the IT support especially for remote workers. They track everything and then hold the wait time against you, when they can’t provide the IT support & resources necessary to get help in a timely manner. They say they know there is an issue with getting IT support but there is little to no improvement on the frontline.

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
