      great benefits. amazing parental leave. positive culture. noble mission.

      Cons

      100 year old company with growing pains and re-org / re-structuring a near constant (every year or two) lack of work-life balance - very "pre-covid" mentality for how they work. large company = you are a small cog. limited in ability to perform duties - lots of cross team communication and coordination necessary to get simple things done.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
