I thought the training was great but as. we we went along and I went one quick long 4 day trip and no one worked my desk and a storm hit the claims piled up and I am buried. Here we are being told we can work endless over time. We also get to start working cat ia claims and suplements. Do we get paid as an senior adjuster? NO! The phones is worst constantly having to. work more phone time and never getting enough time to work our claims. Members are pissed and our metrics go down. So why are not hiring for cat season? We know we have storms every season. My manager has finially started to help but too little to late. I am beyond stressed and tired of getting yelled at all day. There are other places I can work doing other thing i enjoy
