Pros
People here are mostly nice. Non customer service rep jobs pay very well, because San Antonio is so cheap to live in. Nice benefits and time off. If you like to just do your job the way you're told, never ask questions, and don't mind sitting in the same spot at the same level for 20 years like the rest of the old people that have been there, this place is quite satisfying.
Cons
Definitely don't go work there for the call center. I'm an analyst though, and I can honestly say the leadership are all deathly afraid to make eachother mad or go against the grain. The entire company is stuck working on the "idea of the week", given by a senior executive that had a dream about something or some hypothesis. More time is wasted on executive ideas than actually moving the business forward. Never any push back. It's a boys club and if you're not in the fold, forget about advancing. It's a favorites game with little to no standards for promotion.
