      Pros

      The benefits, 401(k), matching healthcare, pre-fill debit card. Flexibility in work environment. Remote work and equipment supplied are incredible. Emphasis on customer service is still the best in the business.

      Cons

      Culture marketed is just propaganda... reality is an environment of fear and mistrust created by Sr. Mngmt in Auto claims ( esp. PIP) Lack of transparency, consistency. Micromanaging is the Norm down to every second of day monitored. Claim file workload is literally impossible w/ goals & member service expected.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
