      great work environment, supportive leadership, great work life balance, this is as good as it gets. Do the work and you'll be fairly rewarded. great benefits, overall a great and wonderful place to work. High ethical standards

      I can't say that i have any cons. Only that they should provide more work at home opportunities which they already do but should strive more aggressively to facilitate that type of work

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
