      Good mission Great co-workers Good 401K match/retirement even after reductions

      No Exec accountability Chronically understaffed Uncaring new CEO/Execs Salary is at the low end, particularly for IT Bonus and benefits reduced during pandemic when the company made the highest amount of money Promotions are based on who you know rather than what you do Too much paperwork for even small IT changes Making Return to Office decision when virus spread is bad and not changing it even when CDC guidance changed.

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
