Pros

They pay for a lot of professional designations that could help you get ahead in the industry.

Cons

You are expected to answer the zip line phones and adjust claims at the same time. It is so unbelieveably impossible it's rediculous. It's like trying to shove an elephant into a peanut jar. It's like swimming in a pool of gasoline with your hands and legs tied behind your back while a man smoking a cigarette stands at the edge of the pool telling you to swim faster or he will throw the cigarette into the pool. Even if you do make it to the other side of the pool there is a group of rabid monkey's waiting to rip your face off. I am obviously bitter, but the thing about the pool of gasoline and monkey's....that was my co-workers exact words.....i'm not the only one. Read 1984 or watch the movie....and USAA is a hop, skip and a jump away from being that bad.
