      Pros

      Great facility, Starbucks, healthy food onsite

      Cons

      Company spends tons of advertising of how they take take of their members but lack taking care of their own employees inside. With close to 16 yrs of corporate experience only started off at base pay. Tons of favoritism within, lack of true leadership on site. Very disappointed with my experience there.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
