Pros

Nice bonuses, decent pay, Fantastic benefits, they pay for school, fun appreciation days in house cafeteria with healthy options half price, newer buildings are nice, can wear jeans or long shorts and tennis shoes every day.

Cons

In working on the insurance side they have changed. It's now all about how much they can get out of one person without a raise. The insurance specialists used to just handle the high volume states and mostly property with some calls for auto. Now they handle all 50 states and are back to doing mostly auto calls, on top of that they are now also required to handle umbrella policies (which used to be part of being a senior along with a raise), and to meet specific sales goals or you'll be written up. The only way to move out of the insurance positions is to move up to a Senior where they have now thrown them all on the help lines whether they were good at helping the agents or not and are required to work Saturdays. My manager was horrible, Weekly "coaching" sessions and team meetings were just a lecture on how much you suck. Mentioned it to the higher managers and nothing was done but a slap on the wrist and back to the same old, it's partly why I left. Most of the members are nice but you do get yelled at a lot and some of the older military people feel too entitled and will talk down to you. Many of the insurance specialists are having to be on anxiety medication to do the job anymore.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
