      Large Annual bonuses (that make you say “I can last another year...”), Benefits package, Salary slightly above average

      Cons

      You have got to drink the koolaid to survive. They want selling (excuse me “presenting our members offers of things that can help to facilitate their financial security”) above almost anything, no matter which arm of the company you are in. I worked as an auto claims adjuster but they expected me to try to get these people to open an investment account or something...? A turd wrapped in pretty paper is still a turd.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
