Pros

Great Mission statement and values, wonderful members, great products. The benefits are top notch!! Pay is very competitive.

Cons

Huge pressure on sales and the company monitors every single minute of your day including bathroom time down to how many minutes you listen to a voice mail and did you listen to it more than once! I have not enjoyed a coaching session where every positive is not followed by a negative. Give a person a break, yes there is always room to improve a call etc...but sometimes it is morale building just to hear the positive! Customer Service is going downhill....a member is not allowed to have our extensions even if it is a complicated situation so they must "start over" every call....hmmm not sure I would describe that as good service?!?! That is just one example.

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
