Pros
Pay and benefits are second to none. In addition to the monetary reimbursement, the fact that you are helping serve those that serve us is quite rewarding.
Cons
It is a highly demanding job with a VERY strong emphasis on sales. They believe in their product and if you do as well, you can do it. It is not a good job for those who can't take criticisim or cannot tell customers what they need to be doing.
