Pros
Good 401k match, nice facilities, 2 onsite free gyms, 2 onsite Starbucks, decent onsite food options, relatively low stress and low performance expectations (job security).
Cons
Low performance expectations which leads to team members not doing work. This situation is compounded by promotions at 2 year intervals regardless of performance (Highest performer on team gets promotions in the same duration as the lowest performer). It really sucks the desire to perform right out of you when you see a guy sleeping at his desk get promoted the same time as someone working 10 hour days. Also, the pay is currently below average for the city, by about 15%.
