Pros

good benefits and bonus, gym on site, cafeteria on site and cheap.

Cons

strictly timed breaks, forced to sell other products, call center, customer's are very entitled, low moral, base salary low, no opportunity to get position off the phones in Tampa, a help line to call for guidance,but it is counted against you. Back to back calls with no time in between for the entire shift.

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
