We pride ourselves on being able to consistently and regularly ship quality code and product. We use a modern technology stack (e.g. C#, Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP, etc.) with modern development tools from JetBrains, Atlassian, etc. and solve complex problems for our customers every day. We also encourage a culture of improving our platform with contributions and ideas from across the team. We’re sorry to hear you did not share this experience.
We also believe culture is created by everyone in the organization and we enable our managers to scale culture through the front lines to bring out the best in their teams -- consequently fostering trust, open dialogue and full transparency. Growth is a commitment that we openly communicate to all our team members and one that we strive to provide - This year alone, 20% of our team members have either been promoted or accepted new roles/ challenges/ extended missions within the company. Additionally, we have made subsequent investments in our Learning and Development framework by creating multiple learning opportunities for EVERYONE in the organization through advanced technical training and certification programs, management and leadership development programs, on-going coaching opportunities, etc.
