I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TripStack (Pune) in Sept 2023
Applied through Naukri. Gave an interview in September 2023. The interview went well, and I still received a negative response. It's one thing being rejected from HR or managerial rounds where performance is intangible but getting rejected from the technical round where I was aware that I missed maybe 1 or 2 questions didn't sit right with me. The interviewer was not at all interactive, if you're expecting good communication skills, have your interviewers develop some first. Felt like I was being interviewed just for the sake of it.

First round was 15 min call with HR. Next round was coding assessment in Future skill. The question was okay but the platform was Futureskill. Very horrible platform. Really difficult to adjust and understand it. Get familiar with platform before exam

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TripStack (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2023
The interview process started off nice with conversation with the recruiter, unfortunately, I started to gather some red flags from the following points 1) on call - need to be on call (including weekends) 5-7 times per month. This shows me that there is insufficient quality control and testing to ensure that deployments aren't going to take down production. On call is normal in tech, the frequency of on call seems to be a concern though. 2) low salary and forced hybrid work model. This combination is a recipe for disaster. A 90k salary for a company located in Toronto is insulting for a senior engineering position. (7+ years of experience). moving on to the technical screen. I was asked a dynamic programming question, I answered and completed it. Following the interview i looked up the question to find that its a common question asked by Google / Bloomberg... Why is the hiring bar so high if you're paying 1/4th of the salary compared to these companies? All in all, this company seems to scream micromanagement and poor WLB. The only real benefit seems to be the catered lunches every week. I withdrew my application.

Got a call from HR. There were two rounds the first one was based on the OOPs concept and basic coding. It was around one and a half hours long. The second round was based on problem-solving. He asked one question. It was leetcode medium string-based question.
