      Young energetic working environment + we can go full time work from home

      Cons

      Autonomous work, and the working environment is young however the team buildings and all only available for management as a CSR we only get a chance for team building 1 per year

      Micromanagement, the managers get to take as much time off while you are here working hard and getting verbally berated by customers, no time off and when you do take time off it gets counted against you. The onsite facility is gross and trashy
