Pros

The atmosphere was really good, the people I worked with were all team-work oriented and the teamleaders were firendly. We had private health insurance. Work from home was available for everyone. We got bonuses for recommending and bringing new workers. 2 free payed days were also offered every month.

Cons

Even tho the atmosphere was good, it was visible that there were some favorites, who were treated better and got bonuses and got the chance to climb to higher positions. Some discrimination also took place, regarding disability, which I personally experienced. The pay is pretty low copared to some other jobs, and the situation in our country today, especially if you are paying rent, you can only afford the basics, that means food, rent, bills, gas etc. Also, the amount of stress you experience at work because the project is just like that, with nightshifts and lots of calls and lots of work, I just think for that kind of project, a higer wage is needed. Sometimes it would be 1500, that is the maximum and it is very rare, its usually from 900 up to 1100 BAM.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Cons

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
