Pros
Perfect call center company to start a career. In terms of job alignments, I do fitted on the LOB (Line Of Business) that I am with. Great work background and employee relationships.
Cons
Only disappointed when it comes to salary. 16,000 as expected but in reality you'll only receive at least 14,000 to 15,000. Totally degrading! Also I have a relative who applied. Since he doesn't have a call center experience, the company didn't hire him. It is okay as per LOB's requirements but you guys (recruitment) must tell the applicant sooner. It is a total waste of time for an applicant to wait long hours and find out that he isn't fit for the job. Be reasonable.
