Pros

-Super considerate with employees (but do not abuse their kindness please) -a lot of benefits (like health card on your first day, child care for those who has children, and FREE SHUTTLE SERVICES!!! back and fort to EDSA, Monumento, and Rizal. So many activities too, like Halloween trick or treat costume party, etc.) -in our account, we are just so happy. We're like a family. I know it's too good to be true, but that's what my other co-workers who has worked in other BPO companies say too. They said that in other BPO companies, they have a bad management while in Transcom (especially in our account) we treat each other (along with supervisors, trainers, and even operations manager) as friends.

salary is not that competitive compare to other BPO companies

There were no pros for working for this company.

Cons

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
