Learning more about a much-loved brand that uses ingredients that are ethically sourced. Free products now and again when a new product would come out.
Cons
Ironically the core values regarding equality human rights and even sense of humor did not apply to employees. I was mistreated by my supervisor who continuously commented on me in a poor light and even though other team members need us it did not come out until right before I left. I went to HR to address thanks but they sided with my boss. So I left. I bumped into someone I knew from another department. Anxiously waiting for him to ask me why I left and for me to have to awkwardly explain. Instead he said yeah that place as hell I can’t wait to leave. Ironically I went on to work for what would be considered a corporate bad guy and yet was treated with respect and professionalism there.
