Pros
Employee discount is OK. Other sales associates were generally nice people. It's an average retail experience. If you're looking for just a job to pay a vouple of bills on the side while you're going to school: sure.
Cons
My location had toxic senior management. HR wasn't proactive in protecting employees, but the managers. The location I worked at was a meat grinder for employees, mainly due to the acting district manager at the time. It was also uncomfortable to be helping customers with make-up. We're not trained professionals and colour matching foundation in the store lights was abominable.
