Pros
Very Positive Company to work for, very good core values the company tries to follow. Customers were very loyal to the brand and really listened to the advice we would give them about the products.
Cons
Pay was very low for an assistant manager ($8.50), especially when my district manager told me i was the best assistant in the district and practically ran the store. Very poor communication between corporate offices and the stores it would take weeks for a paycheck to get corrected if there was an error.
