Pros
- great starter job in school or uni - very flexible and easy to find new shops around the country to work in - great people to work with - wide range of departments to work in - good career progression if you want to go into management and pay does improve
Cons
- poor pay for what it is, some jobs are physically demanding - have to deal with general public who can be horrible at times - hours aren’t great once you’re out of school or uni, can he unsociable - tendency to treat you like a child no matter your age. No phones or talking with colleagues for too long
