Pros
Very supportive and friendly colleagues. I was given significant scope and freedom in my role and I had the opportunity to work on some very interesting projects. The company values were strong at this time and I believe they were followed. Great travel opportunities when I was working there.
Cons
Variable quality of senior management - which could result in a lack of strong direction in some departments. Variable practices for program management and standards of execution for projects. Also HR processes were not tightly enforced.
