Pros
Pretty flexible as a mother of 2 young kids with a husband that works away. strong/reliable company.
Cons
*No overtime *no support from store management *minimum manning on every dept too much time/money spent on keeping customers happy (which I understand) but what about the staff needs? *too many checkout calls.
