Management delegate, Management don't listen to staff about suggestions, will use staff (i was refused a job which i had been covering for them because i was starting uni in a year, the two people hired instead have already left now i'm left to cover for them again. Store is never mapped correctly, promotions usually incorrect. Produce has been bad dates for years and they have done nothing about it even though Dot Com members complain and give advice on improvement. Overtime gets canceled if they over spend as managers don't get their bonus which means they run well behind on deliveries. 20 minutes cold chain is not kept too, chilled and frozen shopping and stock can sit out for up to an hour.
