Flexible working but VERY poor management - General Assistant Tesco Employee Review

Management cannot manage and can be quite patronising even when they don’t know how to do their own job Lazy colleagues who don’t get pulled up on things No colleagues on all departments making it impossible to be the best for customers Head office / higher ups only care about profit margins while the rest of us are struggling with workload and customer abuse. No overtime!!!!!! No growth or chance to grow because of cut backs and managers that have been in the job for over 20+ years who shouldn’t be managers will never leave until retirement.
