Not enough time to complete the work, if you follow training and policies. Management is almost nonexistent. Formal grievances will be left with no action. Often 14 minutes to unload the van, load up to 95 trays of shopping, do van checks, write down out backs, refuel the van, take pictures of the van and clean any dirty trays.
