Poor and inexperienced manageent - Delivery Driver Tesco Employee Review

Unprofessional and sometimes toxic work environment. Management is too young and inexperienced. Fault has to be with management who employ staff who lack experience and knowledge to deal with a diverse group of people in in age or gender. Having had a lengthy management career and taking this job as a, stop gap' I was shocked at some of the situations and how they were handled. A very toxic and somewhat depressing environment, and at times can only be described as a zoo!
