      - Friendly/positive work environment due to great coworkers - Casual environment

      Cons

      - Unreliable hours given to you (you will sometimes be shafted on short notice) - Micromanaging supervisors (this may be different now) - Ridiculously high expectations from management (unsurprising, I know) - You are just a number to Target HQ
