      Pros

      Was a fine retail job right after college. I left for another retail store, and then went on to become a teacher. I was there before all the changes and restructuring, so I can’t really speak to that.

      Cons

      For being part time, and for having apps for schedules and such, I found time off to be inflexible. Somerville, MA location is honestly not in the best neighborhood. Work load was too much, at times.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
