      Pros

      My co-workers made the job fun. Decent pay for a first job. Got the desired hours I wanted to work.

      Cons

      Worked weekends all the time; it wasn't until my third month that I got a Saturday off. Some weeks, I would get double the hours I wanted to work, which I didn't like because I'm a college student. Management is not that good.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
